Home and houses?
Home and the world?
Why do people say they are buying a home?
Why are people calling it home ownership?
I started thinking about home ownership and how people say they are buying a home but it’s not the home that is for sale it’s the house. Although it’s in the house and around it where you set up your home. So from a marketing perspective it’s more selling because people are looking for a place where they can set up a home or a place where they see their home. Your home is always yours whether you are renting or owning the house , property, building, apartment, condo, duplex or wherever you can set up a home. These days even workplaces are set up if not like a home at least to feel more like home so perhaps we can even ad workplaces to the list as well.
Another things that came up was, what the difference between home and house is?
This is something we all experience but don’t think about all the time. Understanding what happens how it effects us and how it works we can we can become more aware, secure, effective and change our lives for the better.
Contrast?
Whats the contrast between home and house?
Is it the same as home and the world?
A house is designed in such a way that it allows a home to flourish, for people to open up? Cook clean, purify, nurture, feed, share, care for each other family friends and guest.
The house it self offers security, a place to rest, water, storing and preparing food, toilets, cleaning.
The home makes the house come to life. As soon as we enter a house we feel a certain way and that will determine how much we’ll open up. How hospitable is the home. Is it your home? Are you Invited? Are you making yourself at home? Are you setting up your own home? Is it for us?
Even after someone have moved out of a house their energy is still there perhaps even if someone else sets up their home there.
So home is feminine and house is masculine (world) and can also be seen as mother and father and other many other ways which well get into.
Here are some examples:
mother father
father mother
masculine feminine
0 1
man woman
home
growing/develop from within
soul
house world
built/grow/develop from work
going out into the world?
The father (house) gives structure, discipline and direction and the world aspects and reality focus, what it takes to maintain the life in the house and home, how it runs and how to keep it running.
The mother (home) brings everyone in and focuses on the caring the softer things what’s going on with everyone what’s alive what’s now, the mother takes care of everyone, bring attention to our tender side and makes us open up.
You kinda know already know from living life, what happens and how it feels when you leave your home and venture out into the world and also when coming from the world and enter you home.
How it feels?
When your home your living that secure life then when you go out first act like you do at home even though your out in the world and the more you are in the world the more it’s not like at home
start to miss home perhaps even a little bit insecure and/or uncomfortable especially if your haven’t been out for a while and/or you are doing something new and/or going somewhere new?
As time goes on we adapt we adjust expand become more flexible more secure stronger faster smarter we start to enjoy it but then it’s time to go home tell what we have learned, share. We come to realise that we can appreciate all of it.
Coming from home and moving in the world and coming from the world and moving in the home makes you see things differently. You appreciate things. People, events, things, places.
You understand and respect what it takes and what others go through. You get answers, things start to make sense. Your life start to flow. You feel alive and are more active and aware!
Home feels secure, you’re taken care of, feeding, set up, nurturing, memories, closeness, bonding, family…
Where do you feel at home, where don’t you feel at home?
We might not always feel at home? Why?
Something new? New place? New people? How things work there?
The more we stay there (focus?) the more at home we feel? Not necessarily? More comfortable? Not necessarily? In a way perhaps and we can become more secure in ourself in that sense feel more at home wherever we are but we might not always want’t to stay where we are, it might not even be for that?
We realise that anywhere we are it’s basically the same, it’s just that we go from not knowing to knowing, not familiar to familiar?
Feel ? How you feel? It’s not always how you feel?
Keep moving?
The most important is that you make progress?
Getting out of you comfort zone, makes you see things differently and grow. We can’t let our emotions run us but it does tell us something about our life.
Alignment?

Day and night
Security?
Feel more secure in the home? Opposite can also be true?
Can feel at home and secure out in the world?
One can feel more secure out in the world?
But if you don’t feel secure in your home how can you feel secure out in the world?
You might not feel secure in your home as in a certain place but feel secure somewhere else like another place? Or out in the world in general or both?
Where do you feel secure? Where we feel like we can be ourself? Is it were there are resources, life, people you care about?
Awareness?
Is home where we are?
Are you in the home or are you in the house? Both?
Are you in the world or at home? Is it your home your world? Is it your world your home? Where in the world are you? Self mastery? At home? Can you do whatever you want?
We can feel at home even when we are in someone else home and when out in the world.
Travel? Movement? Awareness? Time? Where are you? What time is it? What mindset are you in? What is your energy? That of home or that of world or both? No matter where we are?
Are we in the world even when we are at home?
Are we at home even when we are in the world?
Does “feeling at home” mean we you feel secure, at home, familiar, it’s you?
Home
Who you care about?
What you care about?
What is most important?
Who care about you?
World is more foreign, new?
Wild?
Dangerous?
Not so serious?
so could the home?
How much? How far are we from home?
Far how? By distance or something we have newer done before?
Conclusion
Even if house and home can be seen as separate they are essentially one.
